3. Processing & Shipping
Ready-made items ship within 2–3 business days.

Custom orders require a 7–10 business day minimum for creation before shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

All packages ship via USPS with tracking.

4. Custom Orders
Custom order requests are welcomed. All custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you have a specific request, please contact us prior to purchasing.

 

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos.

 

6. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders with inaccurate pricing. Payment is due at the time of purchase via secure checkout.
