At Hooksy Creations, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in specific situations outlined below.

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Color or size variations due to the handmade process

• Custom or personalized orders

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake (wrong item, color, etc.), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue

• Your order number

We’ll review the situation and do our best to resolve it—whether through a replacement or store credit.

Custom Orders
All custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun. We’ll communicate clearly throughout the process to ensure your vision is met.
