How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–3 business days. For made-to-order or custom items, please allow 7-10 business days before shipping. I will be in frequent communication for custom orders to give up-to-date completion and shipments dates.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Hooksy Creations only ships within the U.S. (International shipping may be added in the future!)
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. I occasionally offer free shipping promotions—join the email list to stay in the loop!
Custom Orders
Can I request a custom item?
Absolutely! I love bringing your ideas to life. You can request a custom order by visiting the Contact page and sending me a message with your idea, colors, and timeline. I’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm details.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 7–10 business days to complete, depending on size and complexity. I’ll always provide an estimated completion date when we finalize your request.
Can I customize colors or sizes of an existing item?
Yes! Most of my items can be made in different colors or slightly adjusted sizes. Just send me a message before purchasing so I can confirm availability.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my handmade crochet item?
Most items are made with high-quality acrylic or cotton yarn and can be hand washed in cold water or go through a washer on delicate. Lay flat to dry to help preserve shape and softness. Specific care instructions will be included with your order.
Returns/Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order. If there’s an issue, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item.
